Dark Energy, my first String Quartet

Here is the video of my String Quartet, Dark Energy, one of my set of pieces inspired in the space. Dark Energy is a theoretical repulsive force that counteracts gravity and causes the universe to expand at an accelerating rate. It was premiered by the amazing Jack Quartet who did an extraordinary performance and concert of new music.The piece is inspired in this idea of a dark energy that creates the expansion and acceleration of the universe, a concept which I found fascinating. I wanted to create a piece which was a bit obscure and that progressively was expanding and accelerating, with a music that also sounded flexible and not rigid.
