New Video: Gifts from the Sky

Last March 2011 we did a concert of new pieces in the Cicle Music with a View. Our concept was to put new music to short films or short videos and synchronize it live with a click track to the conductor.My piece is one of the 4 pieces that I did this season inspired by the space and more or less related to the Hubble Telescope. In that case I used images released by the European Space Agency to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Telescope. In this work I use a live string quartet mixed with electronics accompanying different images of the space taken with the Hubble.Hope you enjoy it!
